Factory quality control workflow before shipment
| المرحلة | What Ecorivta checks | Why it matters for buyers |
|---|---|---|
| Signed standard sample to workshop | Buyer-approved sample, approval notes, logo position, material route, packing reference and any special inspection points are released to the production workshop. | The workshop and QC team use the same physical reference, reducing interpretation gaps between sample approval and bulk production. |
| Pre-production sample confirmation | The workshop makes a pre-production sample before bulk production. Ecorivta checks construction, size, material, logo, sewing, trim and packing against the signed standard sample. | This catches setup differences before the line produces large quantities, especially for sewn beauty GWP programs with logo and packing details. |
| Incoming material inspection | Material type, color, handfeel, clarity, odor, thickness, lining, trim, accessories and available document scope are checked before production use. | Material decisions affect price, claims, appearance, QC risk and delivery schedule. |
| First 50-100 pieces full inspection | The first 50-100 pieces made on line are checked piece by piece against the signed standard sample. A quality report is shared with the workshop for correction or confirmation. | Early full inspection helps prevent repeated defects from continuing through the full bulk run. |
| Daily inline patrol inspection | QC patrol checks daily production for sewing consistency, logo position, component match, color separation, SKU split, packing preparation and visible workmanship. | Daily patrol keeps production issues visible while they can still be corrected on line. |
| Finished goods 100% inspection | After products are finished, Ecorivta performs finished goods inspection across the order according to the approved sample, product route and packing requirement. | This step checks completed pieces before they are released for final supervisor review and warehouse entry. |
| QC supervisor spot-check and warehouse release | The QC department supervisor spot-checks completed goods. Approved goods enter warehouse; questions are held for follow-up before shipment planning. | Supervisor release gives the buyer a clearer handoff point between production QC, warehouse and shipment evidence. |

Quality control FAQ
Does Ecorivta inspect every order before shipment?
Ecorivta uses an order-level QC workflow based on the signed standard sample and buyer approval file. The process includes pre-production sample confirmation, incoming material inspection, first 50-100 pieces full inspection, daily inline patrol, finished goods 100% inspection and QC supervisor spot-check before approved goods enter warehouse. Third-party inspection is arranged separately when the buyer requests it.
Can buyers request photos or videos before shipment?
Yes. Buyers can request product photos, packing photos, carton photos or short videos as part of the approval handoff. The exact evidence should be confirmed before shipment planning, especially when multiple SKUs, market versions, insert cards, barcodes or carton marks are involved.
What QC details should be confirmed before sample approval?
Confirm size, material, color, logo position, zipper or closure, seam, label, packing method, carton mark, target market, launch date and any certificate or testing requirement. A reference photo is helpful, but the signed standard sample and approval file should include measurable details and packing scope.
Is third-party testing included by default?
No. Third-party testing depends on product material, buyer requirement, target market, claim wording and order scope. If a retailer or brand requires a lab report, the test item, sample quantity, cost owner and timing should be confirmed before order approval.
How does QC differ for clear pouches?
Clear pouch QC usually focuses on clarity, odor, yellowing, scratches, seam quality, edge finish, zipper function, packed appearance and carton protection. TPU, PVC, EVA and other clear material routes should not be mixed without confirming the buyer’s use case and claim wording.
Who should use this quality control page?
Use it if you are a beauty, haircare, skincare, spa, retail or GWP buyer preparing a branded order and need to understand sample approval, bulk QC, packing review or shipment evidence before sending an RFQ to Ecorivta.

Need QC Evidence Before You Approve a Beauty GWP Order?
Send product route, quantity, SKU split, target price, launch date, logo file, signed sample notes, packing method, carton mark requirement and any certificate or testing need. Ecorivta will review what can be checked internally and what should be confirmed through buyer-specific evidence.
