We compare material options against your intended use, handfeel, target price, logo method and packing requirements. The selected material and the documents available for it should be reviewed together before sample approval.

We start with a 30-minute material consultation to understand your brand tier, target customer, sustainability commitments, and retail partners' material requirements.
Step 2 — Curated Material Shortlist
Based on the consultation, we mail a physical swatch kit with 5-8 hand-picked materials that fit your brief. No overwhelming 50-swatch dump — just the 5-8 options that actually make sense for your brand.
Step 3 — Confirm the Relevant Documents
Ask which documents apply to the selected material and order. Check the named supplier, validity and scope before approving a claim; a sample swatch does not automatically come with every certificate or transaction document.
