2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to website use and business inquiries. A quotation, pro forma invoice, sample approval record, purchase order, supply agreement, or other written project document may contain project-specific terms. If a confirmed project document conflicts with these website Terms, the confirmed project document controls for that project to the extent of the conflict.
3. Website Information
Website content is provided for general business information and sourcing discussion. Product images, materials, colors, dimensions, specifications, customization options, minimum order quantities, prices, certificates, document availability, production times, and shipping information may change and are subject to project review. Website content is not a binding quotation or a guarantee that every displayed option is available for every project.
4. RFQs, Quotations, and Orders
Submitting an RFQ or contact form does not create an order or require either party to proceed. Project scope, quotation validity, MOQ, price, tooling, sampling, packaging, payment, production schedule, shipping terms, duties, and other commercial conditions must be confirmed in writing. An order becomes binding only after the applicable written documents are confirmed and the required payment or deposit is received.
5. Custom Development and Samples
Custom projects may require artwork, specifications, color references, material selection, prototypes, samples, testing, or physical approval before bulk production. Sample timing begins only after required information, files, materials, and payment are received. Buyer-requested changes may affect MOQ, price, tooling, sampling, and delivery schedule.
Bulk production will follow the approved project specification and agreed tolerances. A digital image or rendering alone may not represent exact color, texture, construction, fit, or performance. Physical sample approval may be required before bulk production.
6. Materials, Sustainability, and Compliance Information
Material descriptions, recycled or plant-derived content, environmental statements, certifications, audit information, test reports, and other supporting documents depend on the exact material route, factory, supplier, production batch, destination market, and project scope. Nothing on this website means that every product, component, factory, or order carries the same certification or claim.
Any wording intended for packaging, retail claims, marketing, or regulatory use must be confirmed for the specific project and supported by the applicable documents before use.
7. Buyer Information and Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate product specifications, quantities, artwork, trademarks, delivery details, destination-market requirements, and other information needed for evaluation. You must have the right to use all logos, designs, names, images, and other materials supplied to us. You must not request products or content that infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics, photographs, and other website content belong to Ecorivta or its licensors and may not be copied, republished, or commercially reused without permission.
Buyer-provided artwork, trademarks, and confidential project files remain the buyer’s property or the property of their respective owners. The buyer grants Ecorivta a limited right to use those materials only as reasonably necessary to evaluate, sample, manufacture, and deliver the requested project, subject to any separate written confidentiality terms.
9. Payment, Changes, and Cancellation
Payment milestones, currencies, bank charges, tooling fees, sample fees, and cancellation conditions are stated in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, or contract. Because custom work may involve purchased materials, tooling, labor, or reserved production capacity, some costs may become non-refundable after work begins. Any cancellation or material change requires written confirmation.
10. Shipping, Duties, and Delivery
Incoterms, freight method, delivery estimate, insurance, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and related responsibilities are confirmed per project. Delivery dates are estimates unless a written project document expressly states otherwise. Delays caused by late approvals, specification changes, payment delays, carrier events, customs, force majeure, or other circumstances outside reasonable control may affect the schedule.
11. Quality Review and Claims
Inspection criteria, approved tolerances, testing, packaging, and acceptance requirements should be agreed before bulk production. If a delivered order appears inconsistent with the confirmed specification, the buyer should notify Ecorivta promptly and provide order details, quantities, photographs, videos, samples, or other reasonable evidence. Review and remedies will follow the applicable confirmed project documents and mandatory law.
12. Acceptable Website Use
You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content at scale, impersonate another person or company, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful activity.
13. Third-Party Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Ecorivta does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, or terms.
14. Disclaimer

The governing law, jurisdiction, arbitration, or dispute process for a commercial project will be the one stated in the applicable confirmed quotation, pro forma invoice, supply agreement, or contract. Where no project document specifies these matters, applicable mandatory law will apply.
